I really recommend this book to everyone who likes love stories because it´s 90% romance. It´s very well written and I personally liked the ups and downs of the story. It´s also 10% civil war so not pure kitsch 🙂 It´s really one of the greatest books I´ve ever read…

If i staythe coolest book ever
I want to tell you something about the coolest book I’ve ever read! You just have to read it too. It is a novel and it is called “If I stay”. It was written by Gayle Forman, who was born in June 1970 in the USA.
But let’s go back to the book summary: Mia, a seventeen-year- old girl, who is the main character in the book, is a really good cellist and a classical music lover. She actually has everything that she has ever wanted , a family, a boyfriend, a best friend and a promising music career, but suddenly everything changes. Mia and her family have a really bad car accident, which takes her parents’ lives and seriously hurts Teddy, her little brother, and herself. She is taken to a trauma center. Mia steps out of her body and sees all the things which are happening around her. She can see her grandparents and other relatives arriving to visit her, also her best friend Kim comes to visit her. In the last moment also her boyfriend Adam, comes Now she has to make the most difficult decision.She actually doesn’t want to live anymore, but she also knows that if she died, it would hurt those who love her.
In the book there are a lot of changes between the things, which are happening around her in the hospital and her memories that she relieves until the accident happens.
Reasons why I like this book: I liked reading the book very much, because I like those books which are very emotional and I think you could sympathize with the characters feelings pretty well, although you actually don’t know how it is to be outside of your body. I like the Idea of changing between the here and now and the memories of the main character. It’s just soooooooo cool to read it, and I think it is one of those books, which you start reading and can’t stop.

Lionboy
Lionboy
The book I’ve just read is called Lionboy and if you like books about friendship or if you like animals especially cats you really have to read it. It is a really exiting story. If you once start to read it you really can’t stop and you always want to know how the adventure goes on.
The main character of the book is a friendly and brave boy called Charlie Ashanti. He seems quite normal. His parents are scientists. They can make very healthy medicines and lotions and exactly that is the problem. The book plays in the future and many children are ill. They have asthma. Charlie’s clever parents had found a medicine against it and that is when they get in trouble. Somebody wants their skills and for sure it is somebody who doesn’t want to do something good for the people.
So when Charlie comes home and his parents aren’t there, he decides to rescue them. With the help oft he cats, his only friends, he finds out that his parents are kept in Paris .
With a boat he wants to get to Paris , but when he gets to a swimming circus called Circe, everything changes, because there are lions too.
And Charlie is he only one who can talk to them.
The lion’s mad trainer Maccomo gives them a drug to make them more gently, but when Charlie figures that out he of course tries to help the lions and together they plan to run away from the circus and find Charlie’s parents.
If you want to know how this great story continues and if Charlie manages o rescue his parents you have to read the book!
Lionboy is the first book of three volumes, it is one of my favorite books, because you could really identify with Charlie. And it is very riveting to read.

Changers
This book is definately one of the best, if not the best book I’ve ever read. Since I love books that are written with humor, love but are about mistery, this was just perfect to be honest. It’s basically about a 14 year old boy who’s called Ethan who has to go to high school like every other teenager in America. But as he wakes up on the first day of school, he surprisingly has to notice that he’s a girl now, Drew. His parents tell him all about that he’s a changer, what basically means that every year of highschool, he’s going to wake up as a completely different person. At the end of the 4 years highschool he then has to decide which person he wants to be for the rest of his life. It’s really funny how he always talked about having boobs and now he’s kind of scared of them and how he handles being a girl.:)
Divergent
The most compelling book we would like to recommend is called Divergent. We think it is a real page-turner. The catchy storyline of Veronica Roth is a worldwide bestseller. It is a dystopian fiction; that means it set in the future, in the wake of a terrible war.
In this riveting book society consists of five factions called: Abnegation-the selfless; Dauntless- the brave; Erudite-the intelligent; Candor-the honest and Amity-the peaceful. Each faction has its own duties. At the age of sixteen you have to go through a so-called aptitude test, which finds out who you truly are. To test this, you get injected with a serum that causes a simulation in your head. Normally the test results show one faction, but there are also people whose test results are inconclusive: DIVERGENT
Being a Divergent is extremely dangerous and rare. Powerful people want to get rid of them, because they are said to be a threat to all the other factions. Divergents are immune to the serums, no one can control them against their will.
The main character is Beatrice Prior. She lives with her brother Caleb and her parents Andrew and Nathalie in an Abnegation house. She lives a selfless life, but she doesn’t feel like an Abngation, because she also cares about herself. The aptiudiude test showed her three possible factions: Abnegation, Dauntless and Erudite. The fact that she is sixteen and her inconclusive test results makes it even harder to choose the right faction.
Either she has to leave her family or start a new life in another faction?! But the most important thing for her is to hide that she is DIVERGENT.
The Elite
Book: The book „The Elite” is about a girl named America. Thirty-five girls come to the palace to compete in a selection. Now America is one of the six finalists. The problem is that only one girl is going to marry Prince Maxon and be crowned princess of llléa. At first, America´s parents force here to take part in the selection because if she wins she will automatically be rich. But meanwhile she kind of likes Prince Maxon. But when she is with Aspen her secret first love she feels like she can trust him and she tells him absolutely everything. At the point when America is sure that she has made up her mind, a devastating loss makes her question everything again. And while she is struggling to imagine her future, the monarchy is growing stronger and it plans to destroy America´s chance of any kind of happy ending.

Rating: We give this book 7/10 stars. At the begining the book was a bit boring but if you stick with it and keep on reading, it becomes really interessting We think this book is way more interesting for girls than it is for boys. We really liked the book because it is realistic but at the same time there is a lot of fantasy.
